The website is operated under the name Providential Design Build. These Terms apply only to website use and do not replace the terms of a signed project, consulting, construction, financing or other written agreement.

Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. It is intended to help visitors understand potential services and project approaches, but it is not architectural, engineering, legal, tax, zoning, financial or other professional advice.

Information may not reflect the conditions, requirements, market pricing, availability, codes, bylaws or approval processes applicable to a particular property or project.

Submitting a contact form, project-estimate request, consultation request, financing inquiry, file upload or other website form does not create a contract, client relationship, contractor relationship, fiduciary relationship or obligation to proceed.

A binding project commitment exists only when the applicable parties enter into a separate written agreement. The website does not currently process online payments or execute contracts online.

Any estimate, budget range, timeline, scope discussion or preliminary recommendation provided through or after a website inquiry is preliminary and subject to verification, site conditions, design development, professional review, material availability, trade pricing, permit requirements and written confirmation.

Costs and timelines vary by property, scope, approvals, selections, existing conditions and other factors. No website content guarantees a particular price, schedule or outcome.

Financing calculations, payment illustrations, rate ranges and equity estimates are examples only. They are not offers of credit, loan commitments, financial advice or guarantees of approval.

Financing eligibility, rates, terms, conditions and approval decisions are handled by third-party financing partners, including Genesis Financial Investment Group Limited where applicable. A financing relationship is governed by the partner’s own application, disclosures, agreements and privacy practices.

Permit, zoning, committee, conservation, servicing, financing or other governmental and third-party approvals are not guaranteed. Feasibility depends on the property, applicable law, municipal interpretation, submitted plans, professional reports and reviewing authorities.

References to additions, multiplexes, rental suites, garden suites, commercial uses or redevelopment possibilities do not represent confirmation that a specific property will qualify.

The website may display completed work, construction progress, representative imagery, conceptual imagery, generated imagery, visual mockups or illustrative examples. Images are intended to communicate project types, design possibilities or construction experience.

Unless expressly stated and verified, an image should not be interpreted as a promise that the same design, finish, approval, cost or result is available for another property. Project locations, scopes and outcomes may be generalized to protect client privacy.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, graphics, logos, photographs, project images, videos, downloads and other content are owned by or licensed to Providential Design Build and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, scrape, distribute, sell, license, remove notices from or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

You are responsible for information and files you submit. Do not upload material that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, malicious or that you do not have permission to share.

You grant the website operator and its service providers permission to use submitted information and files as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate a potential project, provide requested services, maintain security and comply with law. This permission does not authorize public marketing use of private project materials without separate permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory legal rights, disputes relating solely to website use will be submitted to the courts located in Ontario.

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
